Is this wholesale pricing?

The prices you see on this site are for samples only. Unit pricing when purchasing in bulk will be significantly cheaper and this can be calculated for you by submitting a bulk order request form.

How long is shipping?

All domestic orders will be on a 3-4 working day processing time before dispatch. Shipping is usually then on a 24, or 48 hour Tracked Service.

International orders are on a 4-5 working day processing time before dispatch. Shipping times can vary depending on location, but you can expect 5-10 working days.

Can I order samples with branding?

Unfortunately, all samples are sold and shipped unbranded. We do not apply any forms of print, embroidery or custom trims on sample pieces.

Can I return samples for a refund?

As this is a business to business (B2B) platform only, we do not accept returns or exchanges on samples ordered via this store. All orders are final.

Is there a minimum order quantity on samples?
