No Returns or Exchanges Policy

As this platform is strictly for business to business use (B2B), we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Please ensure you carefully review your order details, including sizes, colours, and customisations, before completing your purchase. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at enquiries@white2labelmanufacturing.com so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Limitations of liability

Please note, product measurements can vary by 2.5cm from the provided size chart as this is within our tolerance. 

The colours of swatches displayed on our site are for reference purposes only and may appear differently depending on your monitor, screen resolution, or colour settings. As a result, the shade of the item(s) you receive may vary slightly from what is shown on the site. These variations are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for returns, refunds, or claims.

Cancellations / Amendments
All orders are final but we may be able to amend your order if notified within 2 hours of your order being placed. Once this time has elapsed, we will not be able to amend your order.
